We are loving our Rain Soft system. It's been a year since the installation, I received a call from AHD that it was time for our annual check-up, change a couple filters, check system, etc. Robert F did a very nice job. Tyler B and Tyler L are really wonderful people. They came to service a leak in our patio cover and installed flashing where the previous installer had not done a proper job. They were very professional, explained everything, and went above and beyond. I could not expect any better service than what these guys provided.
Tyler L**** fixed our window in minutes and taught us how to prevent and/or fix the problem should it occur again. We appreciated the call ahead with an estimate of arrival time, too! We are longtime American Home Design customers and have been very satisfied with the products, sales people and the installers.
They are the best windows around. The people are so nice and friendly. They are honest and sell a great product. The team that installed my windows, Tim and Patrick P****, had my windows installed in no time. You could tell that they were very experienced, and knew exactly what to do. They did an above and beyond job to make sure my windows were installed and ready on time. I have already have neighbors asking about who did my windows and who can they call to get some. American Home Design sells a quality product with a great warranty. We love our new patio cover. Blake G****** and his assistant did a great job on the installation and when out of their way to make certain we were pleased with the job before they left.
American Home Design installed a patio cover for us in September 2020. With the exception that it took 12 weeks to complete the installation due to material supply availability during covid 19 restrictions, we were well pleased with their services. We especially were well pleased with their staff of Mr. Steve M****, Mr. Brandon C*****, Ms. Erica H*******, Mr. Evan V***********, and Mr. Blake G****** the onsite installer.
