RecommendedWe just came back from a 4 1/2 day stay. The people were friendly and the Park was clean. We walked 3 nature trails that were clean and well marked. They had a dog park that was well taken care of and nicely fenced. The clubhouse was clean and made for a nice meeting place for our club. WiFi and Cellular were good at our spot but not available at the clubhouse. Going in, the last 1/2 mile was narrow for two big rigs to pass in spots and the view of the American Heritage entry sign was blocked by two big pine trees. The trees... read more
We had a great time here! Sites were nice and level pool was very nice, close to everything you would want to go and see!
I travel all over the country and stay in KOAs, Disney, State Parks,etc. This is my 3rd time here and it's been great every time. The only complaint would be the lack of trees/shade in the expanded section in the back. Other than that, never had a problem. Pool is nice, sites are good size, bathrooms clean, etc. The premium sites are huge and well worth the extra money. Nice dog run area and nature trail about a mile long. And great water pressure!
Great people, convenient to Busch Gardens and other attractions.
This is a park that will be on our list to come back too one day. Love it
This is the third time we have been here and this is one of my favorites. The staff is super friendly! We are from the eastern shore of Virginia and Can’t wait to come back!
We chose this RV park which is fairly close to home for our Shakedown trip with our new to us T@B camper. The Staff here were very friendly and helpful (we chose a different site than they originally placed us in - pull through vs back in. They very quickly brought the fire ring from the original site too!!). The grounds, bathroom/bath house, camp store were exceptionally nice and well kept.
