I am trying to find a chart of heart rates for people of different ages and weights. An ER nurse sent me a chart but it was so small it was unreadable. He found it on this website, but WHO knows WHERE? A friend is worried she will get her heart rate too high on the treadmill and I do not know what is considered to be safe for her.
My son has raised money for the American Heart since he was in Kindergarten. He always did it in honor of his uncle who had a heart attack. This year he's in 2nd grade and was diagnosed with Kawasaki's Disease. He is still following up with his Cardiologist. I am so proud of his fundraising and his ability to raise money for others.
