Don't like giving bad reviews, but seriously, wait times are ridiculous, doctor is in and out in 5 minutes after insulting me, and scheduling system is terrible. Great location and building. Great receptionists, but let's work on the level of care. Been here waiting for 4 hours for two appointments because they "are running behind" and it happened last time as well. Step it up.
Dr. Sowers is my doctor and has been for the last 16 years. He is a fantastic doctor. He's very understanding and caring. I have never had any problem with him or the staff. I like American Health Network because it's a one-stop facility. I can see a specialist, get labs and x-rays in the same building. I wouldn't go to any other medical place.
I get great service when I come in And they always try to make things easy and comfortable for patients.
There isn't any place that I would rather go******
They are very nice and show that they care. They do everything possible to help me with my pain.
