I love my dr. But I am not thrilled about the masks they provide. Wear your own masks in. I am allergic to a lot of scents and they were either scented or because the box was left open got sprayed buly someone even in accident. I have a rash inside my mouth. Have had it sense Tuesday morning. Or noticed it sense then. My friend confirmed that I was indeed not crazy and the mask had a scent to it. It smelled of chemical vanilla. Not treated well by the doctor at this place. I went in for something specific and she spent two minutes on my concern, and then proceeded to tell me all about a long list of other things I should be doing. I have been transferred to another doctor now, whom I have not yet seen.
RecommendedI injured my left bicep on Friday night. I went to America Health Network walk in clinic Saturday morning and saw Dr Reedy. Dr Reedy and his nurse are working very hard to get me a MRI scheduled as soon as possible. Dr Reedy has been on the phone with CIO and the ER Ortho Dr. He has really gone over and above to get me the treatment I need. I would recommend American Health Network to anyone.
I called and asked if they were taking new patients, they said they were. Got online and printed the New patient packet, filled out all required paper work took it over and left it with them. Three weeks later I get a call and they told me they wouldn’t accept me as a patient. I just moved here from out of state I’m a diabetic with high blood pressure and take meds daily for both. I am a new patient of Dr Van Valer’s. I feel he listens to my concerns and cares about finding what is causing my symptoms. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field of practice and very personable. He spent a lot of time with my medical history when a lot of other physicians do not. His medical assistant is friendly and was able to get me in very quickly for an issue I was having. I recommend Dr Van Valer and his assistant Cheyenne for Neurology through AHN.
Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile.
They don’t seem to care enough to properly staff their phones or invest in a system that gives customers hold times or offers other options
I have been very happy with all the doctors I’ve seen. I trust Dr Overpeck. The main problem is trying to get a hold of someone. As I’m typing this, I have been on hold 28 minutes!!! Still holding! Very disappointed that it takes this ridiculous amount of time to get a question answered!!!!
