Went to American Fright out midnight road I was excited to find both my pieces of appliances that I been looking for a month. Got everything set up and was promised to have a delivery on the 8-28 I was called and told My delivery would change to 9-5. Which I ok’d nothing I could really do. Today 9-5 been a disaster. I was told I would get my delivery between 11am-1pm, I was called at 1130 for them to say (them is the store out on midnight road) we have to change the delivery to Sunday. So I bought a fridge from American Freight at the Cheryl Dr. Ross (Pittsburgh) location over a month ago... Delivery was 3 weeks out (even though they still advertise same day delivery) making my delivery date 8/3, well they did not deliver it.... So I called and they told me it will be delivered 8/5, well they did not deliver it, no call, nothing... So I called and they offered to refund my delivery fee +100 and they will deliver it Monday 8/10 and I should receive a call Sunday after 6. They did not call, so I did to be to... read more
Awful experience at the store. No call no show with fridge being delivered after waiting 2 weeks. Waited for next delivery date, which was days later, with no fridge. 2 days calling off work for fridge, and still no fridge. Absolutely no help from Greg the Manager.
This is truly the best store!! Greg, the manager, was extremely helpful!! Dale took us around and showed us all of the refrigerators — and their features!! Wow!! And Mike was great on checking us out and reviewing the paperwork and delivery schedule with us. Such great service!! We ended up buying a GE Profile French door refrigerator stainless steel counter top depth for an incredible price!! And there was only 1 small dent on the side that was barely visible!!
