I wish I could give less than 1 star. cheap made stuff. couch tore under the cushions where it is supported. I bought the service plan but they won't cover the damage. I sent pictures that show damage and they won't repair. Save yourself the headache and spend some money on some better quality furniture.

I bought a couch from this place 18 months ago and the cushions are already sagging and it's very uncomfortable. Also thought it was ridiculous they wanted 80 dollars to bring the couch a mile a way from their store. I will never buy from here again.
Just purchased a sectional 2 months ago. The frame broke now they won't return calls or emails. They seem to take money but not replace anything under warranty. I'm not giving in on this.
I have been trying to get a hold of American Freight since March 29th when the delivered my broken couch. I have sent 5 emails with pictures each time, called 3 times and when I ask for a manager, they are never there...funny isn't it? I have also reached out to you via Facebook private messenger 2 times. I paid for a warranty on my couch and it seems like you are avoiding me so you won't have to deal with this issue. I would put a zero if I could. Furniture I originally wanted was not even close to the same color it was online. Decided to put a deposit down for a diffrent one because they only had one in stock. Was told if we changed our minds we could get a refund. Got home measured the spot as this one was going to be a lot bigger. Called to get a refund because it would be to big and we're told 14 days for a check to arrive. 3+ weeks later 7 calls each ending with we'll talk to corporate and call you back still no refund.
