Chris, And Juan at the Grand Rapids store are awesome! SO helpful answering questions, and showing us all our options! We just bought our 3rd bed for our household here! We keep coming back because we love them so much!
They were very helpful(Juan) when it came to helping my mom pick out a new living room set. He was very friendly, and offered a warranty right away. We will be returning in the future.
I love my furniture especially my bed! My mattress is so comfy! Come and see Juan Gonzalez! He helps me every time and is very helpful and friendly!

Bought a sofa and loveseat set a couple of years ago - it's been great. Just bought a sectional & am excited to get it.
I had got a matteess from them a while ago with warrenty and have had to use the warrenty because od broken speings in my mattress so we went through the warrenty process and it was approved... well needless to sat it has been 6 months or so later and still waiting for my replacement to come in... we call like every week or so to see if it has come in and get told every time that the truck is 2 days out... still waiting and its bullshit... they should have gave up the other matteess i picked out for free for how long i have ... read more
