Thank you Ron Begley for going above and beyond! If you come here ask for Ron. Not only is he so knowledgeable about appliances and the specs, he treats you like family. No kidding! We had problems with sears support as it was taking 2+ weeks for a specialist to come and fix our new bought dryer. Ron did not stand for this, not only did he swap out our dryer and matching washer, he himself helped with his own truck to save us from mountain of stinky laundry! Thank you so much Ron!
Haven’t had this pleasant of an experience in a longgggg time! Eric & I were on a mission for a few appliances & the GM named Ron spent as much time as we needed as we bounced off questions about quality, price & durability of several appliances. He was more than willing to show us every possible option & really went the extra mile to ensure not only that we left satisfied, but we also knew in depth about the appliances we bought!!! After several attempts at getting the first dryer, we now have had 3 malfunctional dryers delivered, today the delivery person watched the dryer smoke and then said ‘it’s not smoking now, if it catches on fire call. I will see you next time’.
Kenny did a great job!! He helped us with all of our needs and we couldn't be happier.
