The delivery drivers in Knoxville tn are the worst I have ever encountered. Even threatened to run over me w the truck if I didn’t get out of the way While I was on the phone w American freight! Hi, I dont know who else to contact, as I have called every number I have found or been given in regards to a washer and dryer that I purchased. The dryer was delivered busted, so the delivery driver took BOTH the washer and dryer back. We have been trying to get a refund ever since, that was Feburary 4th. We were told we would have our money by the 14th, it is now the 20th and I still dont have my money back. Cheryl was great! She helped us look at many, many different models of refrigerators and answered all of our questions that we had about them. We told her what we were interested in and she recommended many different models and many different styles for us to look at. She helped us find the fridge that was right for us. This place has so many things I needed for my home for the best prices! The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable too. Kenny helped me make sure every piece of furniture and appliance would fit into the spaces in my home. The entire staff is kind, patient, and friendly. Truly the best place to shop for appliances. Love this place and would definitely recommend it!
