American Freight i visited 2 locations, one on rodi road and one in N hills. Terrell at rodi road location was so helpful. He took his time and weighed out all my options. He wouldn't take the sale unless i was perfectly satisfied. He sent me to N hills because they had alot more inventory and they had the refrigerator i wanted. Both sales people were very helpful and friendly. I would buy again from them.

The staff from ****** ********* **location was very rude I called at 6:30 pm to place an order and confirm availability on my items they where in stock I asked if I could call back to add a item she yes when I called back a man pick up put me on hold the hung up I called back for the next hour and no answer I was so upset I had to report childish behavior he could had just pick up and told me hey we are busy and can not deliver today is that ok Simple business and respect he thought it was better to stall me out an hour sad ... read more

I had the worst experience with this store. Ordered a refrigerator online. Paid for it to be delivered 2 days later. Was told someone would contact me within 24 nours to set up scheduling. They never did. I called the morning of the scheduled delivery and was told it was on the truck and had two stops before me. Ok..not too bad, I figured. This was at 10:30 am. Purchased the unit below in Vestal, NY on 01/8/2022 with a full 5 year warranty. Made a claim on 8/4/2023 after noticing the fraying, ripping apart of cushions and the infrastructure of the back being lose. Again, made claim on 8/4/2023. Because of a clerical issue (putting 7/1/2023 instead of 8/1/2023, they will not honor, work with, or allow a re-file of claim even though I am only approx18 out of 60months into the warranty umbrella and I was soaked for the warranty $. My Husband and I ordered a couch at the Lancaster, PA location. We asked about having the couch delivered on a Friday since my husband has off every Friday. The manager Jonathan said we could have it delivered not the upcoming Friday but the next. We all agreed the store would call and let us know a few days before to confirm delivery day/time. Sometime that following week someone called to deliver the couch same day. We of course were not available and said this was supposed to be scheduled. We agreed on another future date... read more

I purchased a bed, two dressers and a night stand, they claim they called me for delivery but NEVER left a voicemail, I showed up at the store to pick up the mirror, bed and night stand only. I show up on August 14, 2023 only to find out they gave my two dressers to a customer who was suppose to get the clearance dresser. The store manager Ty said she would get it from another store.
