The free shipping is a scam, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Do yourself a favor and check the Better Business Bureau’s website before you do business with this company! The free shipping says, “Free shipping on all floor mat orders! This promotion is for free UPS ground shipping within the continental United States only. I recently purchased for $179 and received new custom floor mats for my 2017 Hyundaj Elantra Limited. After installing them, I noticed that a wear spot was visibly wearing on the driver's mat. In 4 days! I contacted American Floor Mats and they responded it was "normal wear," and offered me a rebate of $15. AFTER 4 DAYS of use! They must make really shoddy stuff and be proud of it! I originally bought 3 mats from them and needed to return them because they bunch up when I roll across it in my chair. Not a great feature for a chair mat. I tried to return them but was told I would have to pay for shipping AND restocking. Terrible customer service. Tina, the person I have been emailing is very unsympathetic and borderline rude. I am going to have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge in order to get satisfaction for a defective product.

I ordered 2 gym mats, 48 x 72. What I received were both short by an inch, 47x71. I sent them an email with pictures etc and they never responded. I know they check their emails because when I had a question about shipping, they answered the same day. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I give 2 starts because mats are good, but its a deceptive practice.

Placed an order for gym flooring and after a week just called to check the status of the order. I was informed that the "free shipping" which is advertised so proudly on the top bar of their website doesn't apply to this order type (not the end of the world, but certainly not advertised.) You know the phrase "get it in writing", well is this hold true for this outfit. Lots of correspondence back and for w/ Chris Scrivens, I made the mistake of confirming 1 thing on the phone and of course they decided to rip me off for that.
