Pros: Rubber mats seem to be of decent quality. Cons: They weren’t cut to the right dimensions, snd therefore my gym looks funny. It seems when they were cut the extra time to make sure they are of right size wasn’t taken. Also, customer service wasn’t good either. I ordered four 3' x 10' "Scraper Rubber Mats". 09/18 = $106.84 (1-mat) 09/24 = $209.90 (2-mats) 10/04 = 106.84 (1-mat) Total = $423.58 The description states: 100% rubber floor mat, ideal for heavy-trafficked, indoor / outdoor areas. I placed the mats on a stairwell walkway in a house in the Colorado mountains. They are under a covered roof but outside. They delivered my paid for products to the wrong address.I have been trying to reach them for 5 days. The phone number is useless,disconnects when you do not enter a name. 1 email received but no action taken. They obviously do not consider customer service a priority.Will not shop again and would not recommend.
TOOK MY MONEY BUT NEVER RECIEVED ORDER!!! I ordered floormats for my home gym on 4/15/20. A month past and I never received them. I emailed the company in 5/18/20. Their rep (Erik) said my order would be shipped out on 6/11/20. June 11th came and went. My online account still showed my order was, "In Production." For all the reviews that gave one star (or less!) I add a HUGE......AMEN! I experienced most, if not all of the negative experiences and attitudes expressed in their reviews! I will never do business with this company again! BUYER BEWARE! I've learned my lesson. Read the reviews before ordering from anyone!
Zero stars. They charged my card twice. Charged me $500 for shipping when website states that it’s free. When my order arrived, it was the wrong color flooring! When I called them about it, they REFUSED to exchange it and only offered me 10% back on my order for their mistake. Do not do business with this company. You will be incredibly disappointed.
BUYER BEWARE! Do yourself a favor and read this company's terms and conditions before placing any orders. Outrageous shipping cost after an extra long wait for a product that was supposedly " in stock ". Ten day return policy along with a 25% restocking charge on any returns. Chris Scrivens is a honey (its OK I am over 65)! Thank you for such a sensational product. I tell everyone to go American Floor Mats these people care. Forgot to mention my favorite word "free" as in FREE SHIPPING. My chosen color is Aqua (try to find that in a quality mat!) American Floor Mats have your style, color and price.
Ordered carpet car mats from this company, their ad shows four selection of mats made for specifically for your car. The mats I ordered were their ultimate mats which they say are 1/2 in thick and looks plush in the photo. Well, the fit is very nice but it’s not as thick as advertised, it looks like their economy mats, not much better than my original mats. Disappointed
