I've been a member on and off since 2003. I've tried other gyms in the interim periods but always come back to American. In my opinion it is the best gym on the beach.
I have trained at a lot of gyms through the years. American Fitness truly is up there with the best. It has everything to offer you could possibly need. Great equipment, friendly staff, lots to offer. Don't hesitate, this is your gym.
American Fitness is truly a gym for everyone! All ages, caters to limitless number of fitness needs. It has more equipment (both free wights and machines) than any gym I've ever worked out in! Not to mention all the equipment works properly unlike other gyms in the area. The owners and employees are all very helpful and genuinely nice people. Joining is a no brainier in my opinion.
I just started going here and I love it. The staff is so friendly and the gym itself is really nice and clean. I can't wait to start going to the classes
