Always friendly staff, non-judgement family atmosphere and very affordable( even on a disability pension) . I even went to Anna's yoga class with my cane and did quite well as I modified a couple positions due to my issues, don't see why everyone isn't flocking here, best kept gym secret in our area!⚓️���
I've been working out at American Fitness for about four years now and I love it there. It's the best gym I've been to. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Great facility.

Having worked out at many other gyms around town, I still like what American has to offer. Since the ownership change, the club has been refreshed with new paint and the locker rooms and workout areas have been improved significantly with general cleaning. I'm very pleased.
American Fitness is hands down the best gym I have visited in the state of SC. I have traveled through out the Untied States over the years visiting various gyms and this is my go to gym when going to Myrtle Beach. The new owners and staff are second to none, the equipments is always functional and up to date as well. I would recommend this facility to anyone in this area whether you are visiting, planning to move, or if you live there and need a new gym!
