The cleanest the gym has ever been in 3 years! Best gym on the Beach! The new owners and management are mending relationships the old owners nearly destroyed. They have weights and equipment to fit people of all ages and fitness levels including some private rooms. New owners are all about pleasing their customers and investing their time and money into making American Fitness the best facility it can be. Glad to be back!
You can't find a gym more diversified and a better cost than American Fitness. You have any type of exercise equipment you want, plenty of weights if that's what you like or numerous classes. Let's see you have a great selection of classes. I have choices of yoga, Zumba, step, core, aerobics, weight lifting. Spin classes are also included.
