RecommendedI’ve been a member of this facility for 12 years. The gym had some rough times under previous owners. The current owners are very member focused. The facility is excellently maintained. I am a former competitive bodybuilder very familiar with fitness and equipment; this gym has no rivals in the Myrtle Beach area for completeness of free weights, machines and group classes.
RecommendedThis gym is amazing...me and my dad come here every summer while on vacation!!! Everyone from the staff to the clientele all make you feel so welcomed!! I wish we could take the gym back to jersey with us. We have one more day here and are already missing it. Shout out to American Fitness for being so awesome.

This is the best gym! I’ve been to a few and none of them were as clean and up to date as this one! If you are looking for a great gym with lots of fitness options you should come here! If you go anywhere else, you will be missing out. I have been working with one of their personal trainers, a total gem btw, and I have never felt or looked better!
