RecommendedI recommend taking any of the classes, which by the way are included in membership I want to thank Maura & Kim for their yoga and stretch classes. I had a back problem & those classes really stretch me out & my back feels better. 💙

This is a fantastic gym to use while on vacation!!!! The amount of equipment, space, cleanliness, AMAZING. My only complaint is that it is not closer to home!!

I come to the beach every year around this time and I’m so glad I found this gym, great staff, great machines. 10/10 I’ll definitely be back next year.
The classes are good, there's lots of equipment, the people are friendly and the price is good. I especially like the separate women's gym.
