Great gym, excellent selection of free weights amd machines. Very clean. The best thing is the staff taking the time to greet me and saying "Have a nice day." when I leave. Thank you!
Though the gym itself is great, I think the kidZone rules on infants is not always understanding and helpful. Babies are hard and unexpected. So making an “appointment” is the hardest thing to do with a baby. I never know what my child is going to throw my way and cause for me to be late. So when I’m late, I’m denied childcare even if I arrive within the 2hr time I reserved. Yeah, that’s stupid. We love coming to work out here. There is no judgement and all the employees are positive and friendly. The kids love the Kid Zone and always have a blast.
Would not recommend based on lack of communication at the front desk. I called to check on the status of my membership and was informed that my contract expires in December and it would not go to month to month; however I am still being charged as month to month since I did not fill out a cancellation form. It would have been to nice to know that I had to fill out a form to cancel when I was under contract and could have avoided additional charges for a gym I no longer use. Love the classes, the instructors, the childcare, the cleanliness and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Just a well-run operation. Oh, and Tyla is the greatest personal trainer. I've lost weight, toned up and successfully battled post-partum depression in my last six months as a member. This is my home away from home.
Not a friendly atmosphere at all. Stuck up unprofessional management. Would not recommend this gym to any family or friend.
