You took amazing care of my great niece and the family in 2016. So grateful for the compassion and personal care they received.
Horrible policies in the pediatric endocrinology department. We changed specialists and have had the same lousy care; I highly suspect that it is not even the doctors' fault, but rather the hospital's protocols that don't allow for thorough testing, due to pressures from insurance companies to maintain costs as low as possible. I have called patient relations TWICE and have had no response from them; our entire experience with AFCH has been traumatizing for our 5-year-old daughter, and highly frustrating for us.
