Great staff! My son was in the ICU at CHOA and I wasn’t felling well. I came in and the doctor and staff were amazing. They were caring and thorough. I had a sinus infection, but the doctor had me fully tested before I went back to my baby in the ICU. I felt cared for.
I liked the service. There is no rush and staff and doctor are so polite.
Very clean and great staff from front to back. My experience was awesome. Ron was my triage nurse. He was rather funny. Then Dr Alexander comes in and see that my sinuses we're really bad. He knew instantly what to do. He is caring , he listens and he knows his job. I will be back when I need Urgent care. We need more doctors like you Dr Alexander. The staff was awesome. Thanks Ron for letting me know ow I was non-complaiant lol. Great Job!!!
Medical staff is completely under prepared for the simplest of pre-emptive screening tests. Assistant comes in to do a throat swab and the room doesn't have any. He then leaves the room and comes back with the swabs but when he opens them up he is missing the actually cotton swab on the end so he essentially is holding a stick. A while later the doctor wants a blood sample so he asks another assistant to gather that.
