Staff was very friendly..wasn't rushed in or rushed out. They addressed my concerns and in a timely manner. I work in Healthcare so I know good bedside manner..they have it. I do recommend then for medical care.
Outstanding staff was very considerate . Wait time was not long. Facility was clean and welcoming.
Connie and Ashley were Great. Dr Troutman was great. The thing was fast and VIP treatment.
The staff is very friendly and professional, it's definitely the best urgent care I've ever been to.
Got me in and out in a timely manner with prescriptions to make me (hopefully) feel Better very quickly! Will use again! Dr. Trotman was very nice!
Thanks to American Family Care I can breath again! They got me in quickly....could tell I was in a respiratory distress.... Was seen and steroid shot administered all in less than an hour! Second visit to this facility and both visits were excellent
