Dr. Jonathan Head, M.D. explained everything and even showed me an article on his computer to reinforce how his treatment plan would help. Asked me to call him back if things did not change. So impressed. Thank you everyone at AFC in Smyrna for being so kind . I waited for a very long time to be seen for almost 5 minutes. I am not satisfied and I felt like I was being rushed out. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.

I didn’t leave a review originally because I don’t like to shame people but this is ridiculous! I went in for low abdominal pain I thought were kidney stones. Rather than tell me they couldn’t help, they scheduled an appointment with me over the phone. I show up and the nurse/Dr. comes to see me while finishing a sandwich. No big deal. Takes my vitals, asks why I’m there (which should have been known), and tells me I needed to go to the hospital for an ultra sound, which I did, and still no big deal. Just stopped in 10 minutes to closing and they wouldn’t see me - they need to lose the urgent care in their name
