On top of a very lengthy horrible visit months ago; short version first visit sat in the patient room for an hour never seen. Second visit (only because nothing else was open) I was seen which was great but they failed to make the neurologist appointment like they said they were. From there I was lied to repeatedly. NOW the problem I am having is being charged for a visit that was already paid for. I've been here before and didn't have to wait very long at all. Yesterday was different, but it was a great experience nonetheless. The staff and doctor were absolutely wonderful. AFC will be my urgent care of choice in the future.
First time ever having to use this office located in Columbus GA. My dad was needing some medical attention ASAP while I was out of town working & not able to get him to his doctor. They made his visit quick, easy, & with a short wait time. Great customer service, helpful staff, & Ashley the lady that helped me over the phone with my dads copays & insurance was a huge help! Awesome first experience, we will definitely be using them again in the future.
The staff was absolutely amazing with my daughter!!! Very patient and understanding with her!!! Excellent patient care!!!
I went in this morning 12/2/16 and everyone was nice and made me feel like iv been going there for years ! I did have to wait long to be seen and to get the care i needed ! Thank you'll!! in a few days i should be feeling better !!
Got in and out very quickly and everyone was very nice and professional.
