After a 2.5 hour wait to go back to a room and nearly another hour in there and still not seeing a doctor, I left. Asked the lady at check-in for a refund of my copay and she processed it without saying a word, much less an apology. They were busy, likely due to the holiday, but in the entire 2.5 hours I sat in the waiting room I only saw about a half dozen patients called back. I understand the need to provide thorough care to patients, but this speed of service is unacceptable.
They are to frickin expensive! I would never go back there...
I was there for 6hrs ,but that was because of the holidays. The Dr. was very nice and caring and the nurses too.
Took a little a longer than normal, but once we were seen it took no time. The doctor and staff was amazing. Started the antibiotics and now my Christmas has been saved. Thanks again.
The staff was amazing. They took such good care of me today. They went above and beyond and were so compassionate. Thank you all!
Love this place! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I came in at closing time and they were still happy to see me and take care of me!!!
I was pleased with my visit. I was seen quickly and an assessment was done. Although they weren't equipped to handle my emergency I was promptly referred to ER. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
