My son's and I have met I believe all the doctors except maybe one the last few months .. I have to say every single Doctor and nurse are so nice .. I went yesterday and the guy and lady up front were super friendly (usually it's a different lady who isn't so warm welcoming) great job and thank you to everyone that works there!
The front desk person did not know how to put my new insurance in. AND I just received my FIRST bill from them that was for my 12/27/16 visit.
Always in and out with the best care available! I recommend visiting the next time you're sick.
Treated very poorly by the office staff at the local (Decatur) and corporate offices (Birmingham & Atlanta). I was promised numerous times by office staff that the office manager would return my calls but he/she never did. After filing insurance incorrectly, they would not correct their mistakes - even when Blue Cross stated how it needed to be filed. Luckily, Blue Cross/Blue Shield took care of everything for me.
Brought my wife up here since she couldn't get into her Dr, took a swab for a flu test then left us in the room for nearly an hour if it wasn't an hour, no one ever checked on my wife or anything all while the nurses or whatever you want to call them sat around and did nothing.. Poor excuse for a place of healthcare.. Will not be returning.
Took my son to AFC (Decatur) last night bc of a constant cough he can’t shake and his meds were never even sent to the pharmacy to be picked up! I am a little irritated to say the least. And he coughed his head off all night AGAIN. Disappointed! Then today when I called back I asked for the medicine to be called in to a different pharmacy and they still called it in to the same place as last night. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a walk in clinic. Great hours and able to go after work. Was in and out in a little over an hour. Privacy at this clinic is great. The clinic tech Ashley that took care of me first was professional and quick. I saw the nurse practitioner within 5 minutes in my room. I would definitely recommend this clinic!
Staff was great. However, billing department will screw up your account.
