Went for Covid test Wednesday. Husband was positive. Took 4 hours. No meds prescribed, which was fine. We will try OTC meds as directed. Told to call back if no improvement. The most unprofessional, negligent so-called "health care provider" I've ever been to. For what it's worth, I filed an official complaint against this place with the Alabama Department of Public Health. I doubt it was the first and probably won't be the last.
Thank you to all the staff that was so gracious today when my daughter Tiffani came in for a Covid test. Now she can get better! God knows the heart you and the staff have for others!

I have been here4 hours to get a COVID test and am still waiting for 8 or more people. The wait time is rediculous. The care is ok IF you ever get back.
extremely long wait for covid test.Over 2hrs and not that crowded Insanely long. I went to another place that was much faster. Some reason my employer making me go here. Its terrible
