RecommendedI visited AFC Urgent Care today for a rapid covid test. They were so kind and accommodating to my situation and I will never forget the excellent care I received here. Definitely recommend to anyone I know.
BEWARE! After filling out all of the forms on their site to provide our insurance information to see if we "qualified" to receive the rapid Covid test, I ended up getting a bill for $318 for the test! If we were told we would have had to pay that instead of being told our insurance would cover it, we would not have incurred that incredible expense. They are NOT transparent and are taking advantage of the pandemic situation!😡

AFC was a terrible experience with trying to sign up... Their website and phone text were not created for people in a rush, with heightened worries of covid. (For Rapid Test). The phone text was very confusing basically with a double negative statement which was confusing part. I spoke with a women at the Torrington head quarters to let her know I had a concern/complaint. After telling her I had a complaint, she then tells me my complaint is not really a complaint. That I have NO complaint. Obviously I was very irate at this... read more

The COVID-19 testing car line was dysfunctional. I was there fourth. They made me get out of line, telling me only three people are allowed in line. I get out of line and three cars get in line in my place, making me now seventh or eighth in line. I ignored them and just got back in line. Get a better process.
