My first visit, where I tested positive for covid, was fine. The doctor told me to be back Saturday, 5 days later, for a retest. I waited until Monday, 7 days after positive test, and came in only to be told that I should not be there. I tell the front that the doctor had told me to come back, so one of them step in back to confirm my story, and find I’m telling the truth. I’m in between moves and on my way to the airport, a roomate called and told me they were positive for covid. Distance is no problem but sense I would be driving back to Colorado with my 65 year old dad. I wanted to be safe so I went to get tested. After two clinics were out of tests, I showed up to one an hour before open. The previous 2 days before my visit I had developed a severe sore, swollen throat like never before. Recommendedthanks so much to Cindy!! she was patient and kind with my son during his virtual visit. we have seen her before for a physical for my daughter (pre-covid!) and had an equally wonderful experience. scheduling is easy and convenient, and the rest of the staff is friendly and great with kids.
RecommendedWonderful experience today at Velocity Urgent Care. Staff was so kind and courteous and took the time to put my 10 year old at ease. Cindy Saraceno is a gem! Highly recommend them for urgent care needs.
