extremely long wait for covid test.Over 2hrs and not that crowded Insanely long. I went to another place that was much faster. Some reason my employer making me go here. Its terrible
the wait was ridiculously long. no idea what was going on. and now it's been 3 days and I can't find out my results because no one is answering the mailbox is full and no one has taken time to call me.
This place is a disaster and run by a bunch of morons. Don't waste your time.
RecommendedI just would like to say that the staff here is top notch the best . And Dr Vitola is probably one of the best Dr I have ever meet . He and this staff really made me feel completely comfortable and relieved my mind of my worries at the same time professionally took my issues and def made me feel better right from The moment I walked thru the door . What a joke. Show up at 8am because they “only accept walk ins” for covid tests. They can’t test my husband and I until 2:30pm. Okay whatever. We show up at 2:15pm. Husband goes in waits an hour and 15 minutes before he gets called back. I’m in the car with our two small children because we obviously don’t want them in there nor can we have a sitter for them since we were 100% with someone four days ago who has COVID. Unless you want to spend 5 hours of your life in a waiting room for a rapid test- DO NOT come here. I get that given the times, urgent care will be busy... but maybe a 3 hour MAX wait. It’s absolutely ridiculous to have to sit in a waiting room, sick, for 5 hours just to be seen for 20 minutes.
