Wait time is long, they may or may not know what to charge, discuss what they need to do and why loudly outside the door we are waiting in. I really expected so much better and I am disappointed to say the least.

RecommendedDr. Bell was amazing today when I went in feeling bad. Dr.Bell and the nurses were all so friendly and made not feeling well a much better experience! We will definitely use American Family Care again!!
Unless you have a full day to devote to being at the doctor’s office, I would go somewhere else.
Would not go back. Once was a good place to go when sick. Not so much now

This was the worst experience of my life. We went to get tested for the flu, my daughter had a temp of 101. We waited for almost 2 hours just to get a room. They finally got us in a room...the nurse came and took all our vitals. We didnt see anyone again for almost 2 hours! They said they only had 1 doctor on staff. I went and asked for some tylenol for my daughters fever. At that point they were worried she was going to have seizures and made her take off her hoodie. We were there from about 11 to 4 pm!!!
