I brought my husband at 0800 to be seen for dry cough and high temp. Not only did we get put in isolation for a complete hour, but we heard the staff being loud and rude stating they were not "going in there". When I came out to ask, the office worker said the others were refusing to come in "that room". HIPPA? I took him to the ER.....regular flu. I have literally been waiting, yes still here, for over 3 hours!! I’ve been checked on by a couple nurses over that time period, which was nice, but I have yet to been seen by anyone!! As of 2:45 I was told I was the next person to be seen. If I hadn’t already been suffering for almost three weeks, I would’ve left a while ago, but I’m needing relief and answers. I have NEVER been so disappointed and dissatisfied with service.
RecommendedToday was the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had an at urgent care facility!! Everyone from the check in desk to the triage nurse was so nice and warm. And Dr Morgan was AMAZING!!! Thank you!!! ♥️

Worst experience ever; the wait time is ridiculous; 11am-3pm; omg; and Dr.Gupta(not sure if spell right) had the complete wrong diagnosis for my kid; we had to go to Emergency room and the doctor there checked completely different results from Her; I am talking to my lawyer and will Sue her for whatever it takes; if you don’t know what you are doing then quit; I have contacted the office and no one call me back;
