I have used American Electrician (AE) three times since moving into my home in May of 2017. Most recently I used AE on 1/29/18. All three times the electrician, Michael, was extremely knowledgeable as well as spot on in diagnosing and repairing the issues for which I called AE. I have used other electricians in the past and they aren't in the same league as AE. I count on AE for fast and reliable work electrical work and repair.
What an awesome experience! I was politely greeted and informed of what was needed to keep my family safe. The technician are professional, polite and fun to talk to. I would recommend anyone to go to this company if you are not familiar with electrical issues. I loved being spoken to in a way to make me understand what I had to do. Thank you to all!

We are selling our home and a few minor items came up on the buyers' inspection report. I was very pleased to get a non-emergency appointment within 24 hours. Don called and arrived early. He reviewed the home inspection results with me and surveyed the house. He wrote an estimate (nice 10% military discount), we agreed to the bid and he commenced with the repairs. Overpriced!! Charged nearly $300 to install a $40 DIY wireless doorbell. I feel as though to company took advantage of me. How can you get away with charging that much for 5 mins of work?
It all started with Justin coming out to do an upfront quote. His professionalism and knowledge was awesome and on point. He not only addressed my original concerns, but the minor ones he found along the way. After agreeing to the quote a week later (the time I chose), he came back to count all the outlets and switches and go over everything one more time.
