The technician, Josh, was on time and very efficient. Had a great deal of knowledge of wiring methods from all time periods. He literally showed me where both my panel was heating, and how the terminations on my outlets and switches were extremely loose due to subpar wiring methods. Seems that at least a little common sense tells us that loose connections are often the cause of electrical fires. Jonathan has been out on multiple occasions and has taken more time with us then any other contractor giving us estimates. He took the time to open up our panel and explain to us the scope of work, as well as help us out with our kitchen remodel and basement finish. Josh was very professional and competent. He removed and replaced 7 smoke alarms on very difficult-to-reach vaulted ceilings, cleaned up after the job, and was a very likeable guy! Very happy with his work and the price charged.
