I placed an order for a bra on February 4th 2026. The cashier messed the address up so the same day I called customer service. They said they placed a note and assured it’d be sent to the correct address. Now it’s next month package was lost and never delivered due to incorrect address. Are you really training your employees to sniff test returned jeans? Are you losing that much money that you can't take back returned items within the return window with the tags on them, if a staff member claims they smell something? Not only is it disgusting and highly unhygienic, it's creepy and weird. I stood in uncomfortable shock as an American Eagle employee sniffed the back of the jeans I was returning to check if they have been worn. What is wrong with you people?!

Order 2 $50 pair of leggings. Both of them had cuts in them (looks to be from a box cutter). I was in this business for years and understand how they repackage and send out material. I contacted customer service to allow them the chance to replace or refund the $100 I spent on pants. According to their policy (still haven't heard back on reading this policy myself) of maintaining product and good service (which makes no sense) my request was denied. I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered jeans online and received them without the tag. They only had the sewn on tag with the style/size. I kept all the original packaging and it was not in there. I tried them on once and did not like them. The tag was not on there when the package was opened.
