This company deserves a negative star review. Using door dash for their merchandise deliveries is a joke and completely unreliable. I have shopped with American Eagle for many years and have placed orders online, but have never received such terrible customer service until now. I placed a merchandise order that is well past the delivery date and the update from door dash delivery kept saying the same update for 9 days in a row, then stopped posting updates altogether. I have a bad experience with doordasher stealing my package . American Eagle please find another company to deliver packages . Doordasher on camera stealing back package that's was she say she delivered.
They have shorts and skirts on a rack for 11.99. But when I pay they say they aren't suppose to be on the rack. We'll, then why is there several of the same pair on the rack!!! There's plenty of employees walking around that if they were on the wront rack, they should have fixed it!!!!!
