They had told me I had a cavity. After the poor treatment I received I decided to go else where to have it filled. I was then told at the new place I had no cavities. I have been back to other dentists no problems. Fast forward a couple years & I give them a second chance since they are close to home. The dentist spent no time with me. No one wanted to explain treatment options for a chipped tooth, but discouraged me from the treatment I requested (with no explanation). I left confused & frustrated. American dental centers are thieves. I would not recommend anyone go there. Especially the one at Great Northern Mall. Their receptionist are incompetent.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I was hit in the head with the xray machine, no apology, made to feel like an idiot when I asked questions, and have a black eye and infection the next mor... read more
