I had an overdue bill due to the fact that I was charged $650 for my sons sealants which the billing/insurance person said were covered by insurance. Come to find out later that they were not covered and the person didn't even call insurance to confirm before telling me. I just took my son in for a filling and the woman at the desk was extremely rude and loud when she said we need to "get this resolved today". RecommendedAmazing first experience for my 4 year son who has some sensory issues. Doctor came in and talked to him and made sure my son was very relaxed and happy. The doctor brushed his teeth for his first visit. After the visit he got to pick out a prize and can’t wait to go back!
I have been a client for many years as well as two family members. One family member left because he had to go back 5 time because Dr. Rayek had not properly put his cap on his tooth. The other family member left when Dr. Rayek broke his tooth during a procedure. Yes, I should have left but originally I was assigned to another dentist, somehow they migrated me over to Dr. Rayek.
