Front desk staff is rude and only care about eating and cell phones. Dentists have no patience for people with legitimate fears. Kerstin is the only saving grace there!

The staff here is amazing! My son enjoys every visit. You won't regret it.
I've been coming to American Dental for maybe 15 years now including my husband and when my kids needed braces. Some of the staff that I knew are gone but all the new staff are nice too. Dr. P. - has been great and never turned me away in emergency. I wish there is more parking close to the building.
Very disappointed!! I scheduled my appointment for 6pm for cleaning. I stressed to the staff my visit was for cleaning but was told I would need to do x-rays and a check up. X-rays were done and the check up was complete then I was told to sit in the waiting area since the hygienist was with a patient. They advised the hygienist would start my cleaning at 7:30pm. After the receptionist called me at 8pm and told me that the hygienist was really backed up and was not going to be able to do my cleaning. Very disappointing since... read more
