RecommendedMy gas fireplace was not working. After spending $850 to other companies who told me there was something in the vent (possibly from the reproofing of our house) the technician found the problem which had nothing to do with the vent and was able to fix the problem. He was professional and very knowledgable. Wish I had called them sooner.
Very excited and waited a month and a half. Said they would call at eight in the morning and be here between nine and 11 Jesus called at 10:45 and wanted to know if I still wanted him to come with a very rude attitude when I called they did not believe me nor did they support me as a female that was upset that a male was going to come into her house And be rude to her the whole time very disappointed and just wasted a month and a half in line I would not recommend this company they do not treat you with respect and when you ... read more

All I can say is that our technician and receptionist have a very different perspective on the interactions that took place. While we did unfortunately double-book our technician, we apologized and tried to make things right. Our staff is courteous, and though not perfect, we always work to take care of our clients and customers.
I am so impressed with American Chimney; showing up when promised, communication from the office has been consistent and courteous. The installers are working hard, no complaining ....we will light a fire today on our new insert!
Dennis was professional, amiable and did a fantastic job. He also went above and beyond when I asked him to replace our furnace filters. I had the filters but had no idea how to even get in to the furnace! He did it first thing. Also, a musician, Dennis, Dub and I had a great rapport and pleasant conversation as he worked.
They were prompt and did a great job! Highly reccomend

Highly recommend! Liz in the office was diligent getting us in for an appointment ASAP - parts for repair were available sooner than expected and inspector was awesome at taking pictures and explaining what our issues were - they had us all fixed up and leak free before the next rain storm. Everyone was friendly and professional A+++
Jesus with AC was great, courteous, respectful, professional, and will ask for him if we do another property inspection.
