Very poor service. I called to the Morehead office and spoke with them about my printer problems. I described the printer (make and model) to them and told me that they will be happy to work on it and to bring it in. I made the 63 mile one way trip the next morning and walked in with my printer and set it down on a cart. They looked at the printer and one of the first things they told me is that my Xerox is not worth fixing. "The initial work or service charge will be $150 and that printer sells for $180.00 new" the told me.... read more
