Jameson had knocked on my door advertising, set up an appointment to drop my car off and said it's a 2 week process. After the 2 weeks was up I called cause they had yet to fill me in on where they were and they hadn't even started on my car because the insurance wouldn't give them more money. Finally after 3 weeks they finished my car, I went to pick it up and was in tears. There were chips all over in my paint!! Highly dissatisfied. What a seamless experience! These guys were incredibly accommodating to my busy schedule and took great care of my car! With my husband gone with the military, something like getting hail damage repair seemed intimidating, but they handled it smoothly and left my car clean and beautiful! Definitely recommend them! As if that wasn’t enough, they offered a Veterans discount which we weren’t expecting, but definitely appreciated!
Huge mistake! I was told that my car would look better than new and it was far from that! I ended up having to pay to get my car detailed to fix the damage they did to my paint. I picked up my car and had white residue all off the back and they didn’t even wash it but horribly buffed two parts of the car!
