Never received a bill and I paid everything thru my portal on Baptist. Yet they sent me to collections without me ever receiving anything.
The most unprofessional people that I have ever dealt with they will not return your call so do not bother calling no one of the rated one star I would not even give them that.
I wouldn't give them one star. I have been trying to get my son's bill straightened out since February. Have talked to 5 different csr. do what they tell me-and still have to call back every month . I have documented everything and still can get help. Next time, we have to have an anesthesiologist, I will make sure they don't use them.

Anesthesiologist is fine, BILLING IS A NIGHTMARE. I won't use Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center for future surgeries since they endorse this company. I've been informed I can REQUEST to know who a hospital uses for anesthesia. If it's American Anesthesiologist I'll continue to look elsewhere. Procedure was fine. Billing a nightmare. I was informed that their computers only process payments if they are received 4 days before or up to 4 days after the bill date.
