I wouldn't give them one star. I have been trying to get my son's bill straightened out since February. Have talked to 5 different csr. do what they tell me-and still have to call back every month . I have documented everything and still can get help. Next time, we have to have an anesthesiologist, I will make sure they don't use them.

Anesthesiologist is fine, BILLING IS A NIGHTMARE. I won't use Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center for future surgeries since they endorse this company. I've been informed I can REQUEST to know who a hospital uses for anesthesia. If it's American Anesthesiologist I'll continue to look elsewhere. Procedure was fine. Billing a nightmare. I was informed that their computers only process payments if they are received 4 days before or up to 4 days after the bill date. Never got a bill, just a collection agency
Nice anesthesiologist, but horrible customer service. I was told by one US customer service rep that I was eligible for a 35% discount as a self-pay patient a few weeks ago. I called the billing department on the invoice, and they said nope - there's no such thing. Then, I called back the number on this google listing, and the rep said you're definitely eligible for the 35% discount but the billing department needs to process your discount and payment.
