The seating attendants quickly resolved a problem my husband and I were having due to loud, drunk attendees beside us. The attendants found us seats and even gave us a nicer section and were happy to help us. The concert would've been a waste of money/time if it were not for them. We will come back due to them. However, the arena NEEDS more screens or fix the ones overhead! :)

The Center itself was all around beautiful, however I don't feel you were well staffed for the Big3 event. I will attend again realizing that I will need to show up 2hrs ahead of event time in order to prevent a 2hr wait in the Will Call line. Overall not what I was looking forward to but maybe better luck next time.

American Airlines is definetly the WORSE airline ever. In 2015 you broke my laptop because of flight attendant negligence, and engaging in correpondence for more than a month, you just decided to IGNORE your responsibility in this. And now, 37,000 miles expired without any previous notice, which would´ve been nice to receive. WORSE AIRLINE EVER!!!

Hi Tzipi, Unfortunately we are not associated with the airlines. For any assistance, you may want to contact American Airlines directly or visit their Facebook page at facebook.com/AmericanAirlines

We had a amazing time. NKOTB put on a awesome concert

Nice and clean venue but it felt it was around 80 degrees in the seats. We got there when the event first started and it was very hot even before the crowd was full.

American Airlines Center has a 2.8 star rating with 636 reviews.
American Airlines Center is open now. It is open 24/7.
