The people at Chicago were not friendly at all. I paid a premium price for priority boarding and was in the priority boarding line and the AA worker called all numbers and everyone was on the flight, Then he turned to me. What a rip off!!!!

We encountered very rude "customer service" at the box office during for the 3:30 Trans Siberian Orchestra. After spending over $200 for two tickets, and a four hour drive to see the show, a little common courtesy or friendliness would have been appreciated. Won't be back.

I found out tonight that, according to the American Airlines Center, the terrorists have won. I attended the ceremony to honor a great Dallas Stars player, Jere Lehtinen. Since the ceremony was 1-1/2 hours prior to the Stars game, and they recommended arriving early, we made dinner reservations at a nearby restaurant between the ceremony and the game. However, when we tried to leave the arena, we were told we could not re-enter; a new policy this season. When I inquired why, I was told it was due to the attacks in London and... read more
