The worse flught ever. The worse cotomer service was in Miami. Never again.
Amazing show and the venue was great as usual!! The staff are very nice and helpful.. Dallas should be proud!!

This is a first-rate arena with great amenities and good events, sporting, concerts, and otherwise. I always enjoy coming here.
Was given the wrong information. Told me I would have a credit and then when I try to use it all of a sudden all of the fees took it away and it was from fees that I didn’t know exist they refused to play back the call that was recorded because their agent did not disclose any of this information . Do not book through them

they should consider replacing the actual seats. they're uncomfortable for a nba game and have so little room. also they cut off selling super early for concerts that start late. as soon as a concert starts u basically can't get a beer. makes no sense. sound/service was good overall.
