American brags that they are the largest airline. They sent a text saying my ONT flight would be late and I would miss my connection. How nice. Instead of presenting problems, why not present solutions. After a time with customer service, I could take an earlier flight, but I would incur the cost of LYFT, $75, because I could not go with the group as intended. Hey, Big Airline, please reimburse for the cost you caused.

Worst airline I have flown and after 25 yrs of business travel that’s saying something!! Especially DONT book for international travel. Both ways a nightmare clusterf****. No real customer service. Just want to shuffle you off to someone else, never solving the problem or admitting to fault. Let me tell you, 7,000 freq flier miles makes up for nothing! Incompetent crew and equipment scheduling, maintenance is a joke, reservation system with ‘partners’ unreliable, could go on & on.....

WORST concert experience EVER!! The sound system was NOT clear, could NOT understand what he was saying or singing, not to mention the black things hanging down totally blocked our view. You did send a Supervisor up, but he did NOTHING but to tell our row that it was fine!!! Thanks for NOTHING...
Will never travel American Airline again ...they suck .

American Airlines has been a real disappointment. We flew from Turks & Caicos via Miami to London & they managed to lose all our luggage. We’ve been in Scotland for 3 days now & they’ve managed to locate 3 bags...1 is still outstanding. It’s been a huge inconvenience & cost having to rush out & buy clothing, toiletries & cosmetics. The best part is that they are now ignoring all of our emails regarding the missing bag. We are frequent flyers & will definitely reconsider which airline we choose next time!
Was not happy with the fact we missed I flight at our lay over even when I was told it would be ok we would make will more then likely never fly American airlines again
