Woke up to a nightmare the other day, just when the weather drops into the teens the other night my heat was out and I need help asap. I have a new born baby that needed heat and no time to spare in getting it done. Spoke with our good friend Chad and he personally came out and knew his stuff because in no time he had our heat up and going better then before. Couldn't have asked for better service. Not happy with American Air. They put my A/C unit in, I have been using them for 5 years and it was going to take them 2 days to get to me and I had no air. They also sent a technician out a week before he charged my system, did not bother looking for a leak and Brothers found my condenser had a leak. Very disappointed and will not use again.
