Absolutely love American Air! Our whole unit went out on the first night of the season we were going to have close to freezing temps. American Air was out here right away and installed everything on a Saturday. Great customer service! Couldn't be happier!

First time I used this company. They quickly analyzed the problem, but unfortuately could not complete the issue with our AC until they ordered the part. It was a long, hot five days, but the technician, Dave, went well out of his way to help us and Vicky was very sincere and and professional. Thanks American Air, we will surely call you again, if needed . We are probably going to change our current maintenance contract to your company in the Fall. Thanks again folks - kudos to Dave.

We contacted American Air to come out and do a seasonal check for our office units. David Parker was very polite and knowledgeable presenting us with contract options and possible fixes for any issues we had. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!
