I purchased my son’s class ring from Art Carved (owned by Commemorative Brands Inc./American Achievement Corporation) through our local Zales Jewelry store. One month after receiving the class ring, the enamel to the side art fell out. I spoke with my son, informing him that with 3 months until graduation, it may take a while but surely not more time then it took to make the ring.
