I sold my car and went to the Durango and *************************** to cash my cashier's check from their credit union. They would only give me $5000.00 instead of the full amount of $11,500. In conclusion the manager ***** was rude and decided after collecting my 2 forms of ID, social security number and fingerprint she gave me the checkback with no funds!! Contacting State banking!! that not legal!! Do NOT use this branch or deal with ******!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am constantly charged late fees for payments made on time that they "processed" 5 days later. They charge me for insurance even though we carry insurance then take 5 "processing" days to resolve it. They never send my monthly statements even though I never enrolled in paperless, I'm sure it's in hopes I don't see all their fees. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I am extremely frustrated with America First and would like to express my utter disappointment in their customer service. I procured a vehicle loan in the summer for 2019 for a 2018 ****** Tundra. Worst bank or credit union I have EVER dealt with. America First filed a 30 day late payment with credit bureaus when payment was in fact NOT 30 days late and I could even provide documentation.

Back in July I purchased a RV out of *****, ** and the dealer had me financed it through AFCU. About two weeks later I was contacted by AFCU and was offered a refinance for my 2018 ***** Silverado at a lower interest rate. I accepted the refinance and AFCU **** up the loan and worked with the current finance company to payoff the loan and open the lower rate loan with AFCU. Horrible company. Just learned that AF added on $9,600 in "collateral Insurance" premiums for the year. I pay $70 per month through ******* for the sports car that I bought through AmFirst back in April. I had a lag in coverage due to issues getting signed on with ******* (high-performance experience resume, etc.,) but had no idea that these people would pull such a ***** Fargo scam to grab more money.
