Billing is horrible. I was in critical ICU, and their docs decided to bill outside of my insurance. I spent hours and DAYS fighting this, and my insurance company was fully supportive, but not Quest"care". They, more than a year later, and 6 months after all claims and disputes were sorted, sent me to collections to the tune of $10k. If given a choice, I'd never see a doctor from this practice. Ever.

This Christmas season I was home (Ohio). This clinic billed me incorrectly for an appointment on Christmas Eve, when I was not in town. The patient they meant to bill had the same first name, but different middle and last name. Over the past six months I've received multiple bills for this woman's services. Worst cardiac care I have ever recived. Dr Christian Sanchez was rude,uncaring. Released from hosp. @ 8:30 pm in a cab with a driver texting and talking on phone. I will never return. Your life is in danger. Beware!!! Plaza Ft Worth
Worse customer service ever. Have tried to call for over a week regarding an invoice. The two times I actually spoke with someone they said system is down. Today tried 2 times to call. On hold 15 minutes before giving up. I am pretty sure I have a balance because they once again did not submit correct EOB to Tricare. Needless to say I am not paying until resolved
